How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is calculated based on total weight at the checkout.

Is your site secure?
Yes – Let’s Talk Coaching is operated via Shopify. Shopify is dedicated to providing a secure shopping experience for our customers, to do this they will always keep their security systems up to date with best practice. Shopify is encrypted with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) which ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and integral.

SSL protects our buyers' transactions and provides visitors with proof of our digital identity. With SSL, your online transactions are secure, confidential and integral and the risks associated with trading over the internet are removed.

Is my privacy assured?
Yes – we take your privacy very seriously and will only use any information you supply to us lawfully and for the purposes of your transaction with us, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Your details will never be sold or supplied by us to any other companies.

I don't want to enter my credit card details online. Can I still place an order?
We have a variety of payment options available including Paypal. Unfortunately, there is no other way you will be able to place an order with us.

Can I send my order to a different address?
Yes – just enter the name and address of the person you want us to deliver to in the 'Delivery Details' section when you are placing your order.

Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday) excluding public holidays. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are intended as an estimate only and are subject delays.

Unless the item ordered is unavailable, most UK deliveries will arrive within 2-3 working days after the order is placed. Please note that deliveries may require a signature. We will contact you if any items on your order are out of stock to advise on lead times or suggest an alternative.

What is your refund policy?
We pride ourselves on quality and can assure you that all items are as described. We advise you to make sure that you are confident of your purchase before you reach the checkout stage. 

In the unlikely circumstance you need to return an item to us, exchanges/refunds will be granted up to 14 days from the date that the product was received.

Items must be returned in all original packaging and in ‘as new’ condition. All tags must not have been removed and must be intact. Please make sure to include your proof of purchase receipt within the package so we can determine who the return belongs to. Any items you wish to return are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We would suggest using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the item(s) and obtaining proof of postage. At this stage we are unable to cover return shipping costs.

If you are shipping an item or items over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Is there a minimum order?
No – we are happy to ship just one item.

What happens if my parcel is damaged when it arrives?
If your parcel is visibly wet or damaged, or shows signs of having been tampered with, you should refuse to sign for it and have it returned to us. You should contact us immediately if this happens.

Please check all items before signing as we will be unable to rectify any issues thereafter.

Purchases & Payment
By placing an order for any goods on the Website the Customer is offering to make the purchase on and subject to these Terms. You must provide Let’s Talk Coaching with complete and accurate details when making a purchase. Let’s Talk Coaching is not liable if we are given an incorrect delivery address at the time of purchase.

Any additional expenses in correcting the order are the responsibility of the Customer. Once the parcel leaves the warehouse, Let’s Talk Coaching is not liable for any errors made by a third-party carrier company.
We reserve the right to alter the prices of goods on the Website without notice to the Customer.

Fraud
Let’s Talk Coaching takes every measure against credit card fraud. If an order is flagged as potentially fraudulent, Let's Talk Coaching will contact the Customer to confirm certain details. If the Customer refuses to respond with the required information, Let’s Talk Coaching reserves the right to cancel the order. Let's Talk Coaching is not liable to compensate for any loss, expense or inconvenience you may face as a result of a cancelled order.

Cancellation
Let’s Talk Coaching reserves the right to reject an order for any reason at any time. If your order is rejected, you will be contacted and refunded.
